I have a 7 month old wash machine I purchased from Lowes. Called lowes warranty to set up an appointment only to have Jerry's call to try to reschedule. I have had this issue so many times with Jerry's. Repairman came out, figured the issue out, bad inlet valve, set up another appointment. Six days later Jerry's calls again to reschedule, again. Part is on back order. Will be another week just to get part. If not longer. Find a new distributor. Hire more ppl. Even when asked to speak with supervisor, never one available. Would not recommend Jerry's to anyone.
Excellent service! Have used Jerrys twice and am highly satisfied. J.J. is a good repairman. Very impressed and they stand behind their work.
This is by far the worst place to call....missed 3 days wages, paid for parts and labor and still no ice from the icemaker....tech was very rude on 3rd trip as he didn't want to be here again....well guess what, you shouldn't have to have been here 3 times.......I hope this helps others from having to deal with this company.....
Refuse to call this people. No consistency in business whatsoever. They want to get paid before talk to you.
Jeremy with Jerry's came out and took care of my fridge and dishwasher for us. Jeremy was professional and very helpful with the knowledge we needed to understand the proper care of our appliances. He should be commended for the great job he did.
